SSL Certificate expired today - Lack of a valid certificate has taken the site down

A change in email systems lead to the reminders being not received by any team members. Certificate was renewed as soon as the issue was discovered but now needs to be configured correctly with the site.

Working to resolve this now. Will keep you posted here.

Agreement signed and verification call completed. We've been told that the certificate files can take one business day to issue. We've asked them to issue them asap. Apologies for the inconvenience everyone. We'll update you as soon as we have more information.
